The palm oil industry is a vital sector contributing to the economy of southern Thailand.
To accommodate the increasing volume of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) and to enhance crude palm oil production capacity, Pitak Palm Oil Co., Ltd. implemented a capacity expansion project, increasing the plant’s processing capability from 45 to 60 tons of fresh fruit bunches per hour.
This project was carried out in Sikao District, Trang Province, during the period of 2012–2013.
